Since I am from out of town and needed to sell my aunt's home, I pretty much was coming into this with no knowledge of local real estate agents. I was given Vincent Zaloom's name from a woman I was working with at a local bank. I gave him a call and was impressed by the conversation I had with him on the phone and the prompt reply I received after leaving him a message. I invited him to come to the house for a meeting to discuss our needs and felt he was the one I should use, so I never called anyone else. The house sold quickly and I was pleased with the work Vincent did for us.
